Young Jason Calhoun took a rough ride last Saturday night at Harris Speedway in North Carolina. After traveling from Georgia to participate in the Young Guns class, Jason was quickly took out of the show during the heat race. The car is a total loss but Jason is in hopes of finding another ride to finish out the 2010 racing in. Good luck to you my friend and we hope to see you back out there soon.
Below is the crash in slow motion.
After a rough start to the season, Jason Calhoun wins his second straight 1st place trophy at Toccoa Speedway on 6/12/2010. It has been a long time coming but the young driver has come a long way and will see many more wins in the future. Congratulations Jason!
Young Jason Calhoun is looking for some additional Sponsorship for 2010. This young driver has won the hearts of many in the racing world and won Point Champion last year as well as races. He is 12 years old and can run with the best up front on a nightly basis. If you or someone you know can help sponsor the 4jr, please leave a message or email brandonblack@dirttrackgonewild.com and we will give you contact information for Calhoun Racing.
Jason Calhoun won the car show at Lavonia this past Saturday. He then went to Toccoa where he lead the first 8 laps until his carb messed up coming to the white flag. Pictures we hope will be added soon. Way to go Jason!!!
