Roger Gilliam wins the Stock 8 class race at TR Speedway Saturday night 7/17/2010. I had the privilege of speaking to Mr’ Gilliam before the race and though it has been a good year with now 6 wins, he knows that things happen on the track all the time. He is now on his second body for the season but has yet to give up. I look for him much more in the winners circle for the remainder of the year.
Roger Gilliam takes home the 1st place trophy and pay Saturday 6/26 at TR Speedway. The Stock 8 class has been growing over the last few weeks, but that hasn’t been able to keep Gilliam down from running up front. The more competition out on the track, the better he seems to do.

At times the front went 3 and even tried 4 wide for the first position but Roger held his own and took home the win. Congratulations on what has turned out to be a great year so far for Gilliam Racing.
The battle was on in Stock 8 Saturday May 8th at Upstate dirt track TR Speedway. Door to door racing up and down the field throughout the main event and Roger Gilliam claimed the 2nd place finish. Due to unforeseen events during the main events, some classes were unable to finish mains but Stock 8 put on a show before it was all said and done.

After a last lap pass, Roger Gilliam takes the 2nd place win in Stock 8 at Travelers Rest Speedway. Roger led much of the race in 1st but a pass on the last lap kept him from taking home the win. Racing is so unpredictable and can change on the last lap or even the last turn coming to the checkered flag.

A good finish in the heats this past weekend at TR Speedway had Roger Gilliam starting the main event up front beside Timmy Smith. He looked strong and the battle was on with Darnell and Galloway but he couldn’t hold hid second place spot so he came in 3rd. Not a bad finish for a hard fought battle through out the race.
