Chris Goodman of the 92x and Christina Worthy of the 47x switched things up for the Young Guns race at TR Speedway on 6/26/2010. This was all in an effort to see how the little “Bad Monkey” could control even more power under the hood and since this is being posted after the event, so I can gladly tell you she did fantastic. Even with a bead lock leaking air, she managed to come in 6th out of 14 cars signed in her class. Having only been running not even a year yet, Christina has come a long way.

Thanks so much to Team X for all of the continued support. This is a video of them switching out Christina’s motor for that which was under the hood of Chris Goodman’s car. This coming week 7/3 we’ll see if she can then push more out of her own motor now that she knows she can.

Christina Worthy started out the heat race on the outside pool Saturday night at TR Speedway in the Young Gun class on 5/22. She led her first lap ever until the caution came out and wound up finishing 4th in the heat. For the main event she came in 5th. The track was as slick as a slip and slide with baby oil on it but all the Young Guns did a fantastic job keeping it going.

Christina Worthy takes home 3rd place in the 1st main event of the night at TR Speedway 5/15/2010. This was her first top 3 finish. There were 2 main events for the Young Guns Saturday but due to a little bump up that broke her steering, she was unable to take the green flag of the second main.

Christina gets her mojo back. This is how she prepares for practice and the races on Saturday nights at TR. Pardon the language at the end. Brandon thought she had lost her mind. SHE HAS ON BLACK SHORTS UNDER HER JOGGING PANTS.

I hate it when they put her out there with SS4 and Stock 4 cars but I know time was limited this past Thursday.
