Stock 8 had one wild night at Travelers Rest Speedway but Timmy Smith once again brought home the win for the main race event.
Kyle Guice looked like he just might take the top spot for start up during the heat race until contact between him and Superfly caused the tides to turn. Timmy Smith and Superfly placed to start up front with Wildman and Foster following in row 2 for the main race event.
From the drop of the green flag, the battle was on for 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Wildman, Foster and Gilliam were door to door trying to take third in lap 3. Timmy takes the lead in lap four and Superfly has mechanical issues which sent him to the pits unable to return. The last half of the race was non stop hard racing between Foster and Wildman for that second spot with Smith coming in under checkered to claim first and Foster for second only by a nose.
