This weekend we may finally get to see the O’Reilly SAS East Super Late Model race at TR Speedway. Could it be a real live race day at TR Speedway? The weather is looking good so far for this event that has seen it’s number of reschedules now to be held both Saturday and Sunday March 21st and 22nd. Maybe the weather holding this event off has allowed for some big names to come and participate with the possibility of being the first under that checkered flag. It has been said that the 2008 World Champion Shannon Buckingham may be in the house adding to the line up for the green flag. Keep your eyes peeled for all those familiar faces.
Events will be starting at 2pm both days with gates opening at 12 noon and drivers meeting at 1pm.

Stock 8 – $800 to win

Pure Stock – $500 to win
Young Guns – $500 to win
Due to the recent lives lost of dedicated TR Speedway drivers and fans, there will be a few trophies dedicated to those who have passed on. Our hearts continue to be with the families.

The anticipation for this race day is sure to bring out some of the best in dirt track racing to start out the 2009 season right.
