South Carolina is seeing the first significant snowfall in the last 2 years. We have received about 5 1/2 inches of snow. Monday morning we woke up to a back door stuck shut from the snow piled behind it. Now that is what I call a huge pill of the white stuff. We lost power all night Sunday (with an estimated 20, 000 others in Anderson county) until it came back on about 5:30am Monday morning only to go back off around 7am with a continue on / off deal until noon where it has finally seemed to stay on .

To those who are thinking about venturing out keep in mind that even though the snow has melted off the roads we have found many trees down in the area blocking passages. Also be aware of possible black ice once the temperatures drop back down tonight.

Is your race car in a building or garage? As you can see ours is outside piled with snow on it.
