Illegal street racing has become very popular among the youth of every state in the US for many years now. South Carolina is no exception to the rule. Authorities said for the first time that two drivers, not just one, were involved in the gruesome February crash as they announced charges against Darren Bullock, 20, and Tavon Taylor, 18.
The men were each charged with eight counts of vehicular manslaughter, along with reckless driving and street racing. If convicted, they face up to 10 years in prison on each manslaughter count and fines for the other charges.” Read more at USA Today.
“A driver skidded into a crowd of street-race spectators in Maryland this morning and killed eight people, but later told police he was not part of the race, the Washington Post reports. The driver and at least four others were injured in the crash, which also killed the car’s passenger. “It was a very horrific scene,” one policeman said. “There are a lot of questions we still need answers to.”” Read the rest at Newser.

Thought drag racing is kinda cool thing in movies. In reality it doesn’t go that way. Many people has suffered from this game and I must agree with your post that no one comes out a winner in this kind of game. Lives were lost because of this. Even innocent spectators.
